It snowed about four inches the first night but the sun came out the next morning. The sequoia groves could have been more beautiful.

This was a panaramic view from another lodge about 40 minutes away. We were stuck there for about 1-1/2 hours when the rangers closed the road to plow.

This is the John Muer Lodge. We played scrabble and uno in the evenings by the fireplace.
